A well-balanced wardrobe will be different for each woman. The trick is to analyse what activities you do the most and plan your wardrobe accordingly. Always keep in mind what colours suit your skin-tone.
A woman who works in an office would fill her day wardrobe with matching trouser and skirt suits, although in Spain the jacket is not always required. Add a couple of long-sleeved shirts, thin sweaters and
turtlenecks .
Sweater dresses are great for the more casual office as well as everyday wear. They can be paired with trousers with ankle boots, leggings with pumps or kitten heels, or thick stockings with boots.
Stay-at-home moms would probably want to focus her wardrobe on practical easy-to-wash clothes that are comfortable and pieces that she won’t mind getting ruined. Jeans are a casual must-have for any wardrobe and can be nicely combined with the aforementioned sweaters and turtlenecks.
Every woman should have some evening wear, not just party-girls. Go for volume and embellishments with cocktail skirts,
sparkly sequins and/or metallic colours for sparkly tops. Opt for dark colours for evening pants and if feeling really glam go for a velvet fabric.
Choose a timeless style that
flatters the figure and feels fabulous for party dresses. Every wardrobe should house at least one
show-stopping dress for formal events.
