  2. trigger: to cause something to happen
  3. aftershock: a smaller earthquake (tremor) that happens after an original earthquake
  4. radiation leak: the accidental emission of a dangerous form of energy
  5. malfunction: to not work properly
  6. evacuate: to leave a dangerous area; to find a safe zone
