    Hello dear,
    There are a lot of ways to improve your English listening abilities and any of these ways is to watch films without subtitles and make an effort to hear how the words were pronounced by them also it is possible to attempt to see movies with eng subtitles only this works great believe me. Additionally you can listen music carefully and try to recall how the words were pronounced by them.I understand all this thing from here http://bistrocinema.com/ and believe me they are pretty good at this!
