the last option, when the speaker is not keen: We

behaves like a normal verb: Do you need
to speak to the doctor?
Is supposed to
obligation: They were supposed to deliver
the parcel this morning.
be bound to
prediction of certainty: He's bound to get
the job he wants.
be likely to do/be
probability: Children living in rural areas are
likely to move to the city as adults.
